Restaurants that offer a GF menu

I did a little research and found that there are restaurants that offer a gluten free menu. Rarely do we eat out, but when we do, it's nice to know that there options available to us! Here is a list of restaurants in Indiana that I have been able to find and their GF menus:

And of course, one of my all time favorite LOCAL restaurant that offers not only gluten free options, but also offers wonderful vegetarian and vegan dishes - 3 Sisters Cafe

I know there are more GF options available, but these happen to be a few favorites of mine :)

  2. Thank you, Asher's Mom :) We have a Monical's Pizza here. I've heard they have delicious pizza, but have never tried it out. Maybe we'll go this weekend! I believe we have a P.F. Chang's on the north side of Indianapolis. Not sure, but it sounds familiar.

I welcome ALL suggestions! I hope this can help many people who are GF.

  3. Have you ever been to Brozinni's?? It's in the Kroger shopping plaza on Emerson and County Line. We go there pretty often for lunch (right by my office) and they have the best pizza and salads, and they offer gluten-free dough!

  4. Ruby Tuesday offers food allergy/sensitivity menus and nutritional guides printed to order to maintain accuracy. Just ask your server, and one will be printed for you. Your meal may take a little longer to prepare to assure that cross contamination doesn't occur (the kitchen staff will make sure that the grilling surfaces used are cleaned for this order, generally using a fresh pan instead of a the large flat grill, but this process does take a few extra minutes).

I've been working as a server at the Taylorsville, Indiana store for over 2 years now and have been consistently impressed with the management's commitment to this policy.

You can also find these menus here:

If you come in knowing what you're going to order from the food sensitivity menu, please let your server know that the sensitivity issue exists. It gives us a chance to notify our management and kitchen so that every precaution can be taken.

Please note: I'm not a representative of the company. I'm simply a server who has worked in several restaurants and is impressed with this one aspect of the company I currently work for.

  5. I will have to try out Brozinni's! Thank you for the tip! I'm so glad that more places are offering this as an option.

Poorly Trained Monkey, thank you for sharing your personal experience! That makes me LOVE RT's that much more. I am a sucker for that salad bar - especially the twirly pastas. One thing I will greatly miss. But, it will be worth going there with the family especially if the staff makes it a *point* like that for clean eating. Thank you!!
